Mentoring

Mentoring

From time to time – everyone needs that ‘one-on-one’ support either for personal or business reasons.

At 2as1 our Personal and Business Mentors provide Online or Face to Face sessions as well as monthly workshops and training sessions – preparing individuals within business/life challenges, crisis and changes.

What is Mentoring?

What is Mentoring? Mentoring is a development technique and process whereby an experienced, highly regarded, empathetic person provides support, guidance and teaches an individual to become aware of career opportunities, work ethics, re-examine their own thoughts and the importance of positive self-esteem.

• Everyone needs that ‘one-on-one’ support

Our mentoring involves an exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes and encourages mentees to address the challenges they face.

Our mentors engage with the individual by helping to remove barriers in order to promote effective participation, enhanced learning and life skills, raise aspirations, achieve potential, personal development and be the best that they can be.

A mentor is someone who is:

  • Reliable.
  • A good listener.
  • Facilitator.
  • Encourager.
  • Motivator.
  • Role model.
  • Patient.
  • Trust worthy.
  • Non-judgemental.
  • Approachable.
  • Flexible.

Let our Mentors guide you that extra mile. Call 0700 2222 700.
