Booking A Face To Face Counselling Session
Once you have determined that Face to Face Counselling is right for you, there are a few quick steps that need to be completed for us to start working together.
	STEP 1 Simply call 0700 2222 700 (local rate) and speak to the Support Centre Co-ordinator.		STEP 3 Visit our Support Centre for your First Session.
	STEP 2 Arrange an Appointment for your Assessment.	Assessment - From £25.00 Each 1 hour counselling session thereafter (means tested) - £1.00 per £1,000 household income
